Hi Julia, thanks so much for your feedback. We had quite a few customer complaints about the previous lids becoming unsealed, and that the products need to be returned or refunded. Unsealed lids also pose food safety concerns, so changing the lids was necessary for us. The foil significantly prevents leakage and tampering. The new design is also more eco-friendly. The previous lids, though much feel like metal, it's made with plastic polymer vs. our current aluminum foil. The new glass jars also use 35% less glass.

We offer BPA free reusable lids online for purchase, and there are also many ways the glass jars can be repurposed without lids as well. We're happy to send out a few lids and coupons to you if you reach out to us via bonjour@petitpot.com. Thank you again for your time and feedback!

I love this brand because they make delicious desserts. The desserts are very expensive, but they are so rich and worth it taste-wise.

4/5 stars because the chocolate pudding is amazing but it's stupid expensive. I love the cute little glass bottles, it reminds me of when jam bottles used to have disney characters on them in the '90s.

I found these near the yogurt section at Whole Foods. The container was attractive. I liked that it was glass and appeared to be high quality. While I stood in front of the refrigerator case reading the bottle, another customer walked by and said, "Those are delicious! If you haven't tried them—give yourself a treat!" So I did and purchased the Vanilla Bean.

Later, I popped the jar open to sample my Petit Pot Vanilla bean. The vanilla scent wafted out of the container when I opened it up.  It tasted even better than it smelled.  I consumed two jars in about 5 minutes.  Delicious.   I liked it.   I have purchased this little jar of deliciousness on a few other occasions.  My challenge is I want to eat at least two and they are great, but a little costly.  I recommend it highly. I don't buy as often as I would like due to cost.

 I purchased this item for Thingtesting at Publix store.  It was easy to find but wish they had more flavors.  The vanilla bean was so good and very smooth consistency.   I do want to try other flavors and will keep checking what new flavors they will introduce to the market.   I do recommend.    Update, went to The Fresh Market and purchased the Creme Brulee,  loved it!  

I was looking forward to an authentic French recipe, as advertised. Unfortunately,  I was disappointed in this dessert. It was not creamy rich, more watery, and it had a weak flavor of vanilla...had more of the paper container taste. It was not the worst I've consumed in my life, as it may have just been a bad batch...thus, I will not rule this product out entirely. I will make another purchase, just to be certain. 

Pretty tasty! I like how decadent it was. It tasted so luxurious and high quality. The vanilla flavor wasn’t too plain. It is definitely a treat so I don’t see myself getting it often. 

I tried the vanilla bean flavor of petit pot. It was fresh, delicious, and creamy. I also like that these come in glass jars. 

Ok, I just wish it had more pudding like consistency, just a personal preference. It’s not too sweet. Needs more vanilla flavor. 

Love Petit Pot! The little French Pot character with the beret is very cute. Love the packaging for their items. The oatmilk taste for their chocolate flavor is so good! I have also had the crème brûlée one and the little container is a lot of fun as well! A yummy snack for dessert, unfortunately it is really hard to resist and I usually eat it before dinner! A must try! 

The Rice Pudding was 5/5 HIGHLY recommend!!! The ONLY complaint I have is the portion lol because I want MORE! They’re a little pricey but honestly worth it!!! I literally just tried the pudding about 10 minutes ago and I’m debating on eating the last one right now… I’m thoroughly satisfied! The texture and flavor was perfect!!

These fun French Dessert cups from Petit Pot are a pure delight! They are so rich, creamy and indulgent I feel like I am honestly sitting at a fancy French Cafe. Each time I reach for one, I honestly have to refrain myself from grabbing another one they are that darn good!  Everything from the flavor, rich and creamy texture to even the unique packaging is just wonderful!  I can’t get enough of these and will be buying them at least once a week!

This was good rice pudding; the ingredients were clean, and you can see all the vanilla specs in there. I will say it was outstanding or amazing rice pudding though. I did find the flavor to be a bit bland and more milky rather than that condensed milk, cinnamon, rice pudding flavor.

Creamy and delicious! Definitely try the pistachio one! A restaurant level dessert for an at home experience at the fraction of the price.

TYPING THIS IN ALL CAPS BECAUSE THE PISTACHIO FLAVOR IS ONE OF THE BEST THINGS TO EVER HAPPEN TO ME OH MY GOD.

These are delicious and I love the cute glass jars they come in.

Petit Pot is pure dessert perfection—creamy, rich, and made with high-quality, organic ingredients. Each little jar feels indulgent and special, like a gourmet treat you’d get at a fancy restaurant. The texture is velvety smooth, and the flavors are spot-on without being overly sweet. I love the reusable glass jars too! Five stars for taste, presentation, and pure joy in every spoonful.

If they came in bigger jars. I realize this is an individual dessert but I found myself wanting more!  

I really enjoyed the cute packaging. They have the founders message on the inside of the packaging. The jars are also glass making it easy to reuses the jars anyway you want! They use high quality ingredients to make their dessert.  I tried the vanilla! To me it taste's just like vanilla ice cream but more rich. I would compare the texture to a custard or yogurt! The shipping was reasonable! Overall the experience was pleasant. 

They can bring back the reusable, lidded jars instead of the cheap/thin foil topped jars

Minus 1 star for the change in packaging! I added a photo they’re so nice. Bring back the lid. The new jars are thinner with a foil seal. The older jars (I have like 12 in my cabinets) came with a metal lid to make the product reusable. Perfect snack size for nuts or a container for leftover dressings.
The products themselves are very good, try the pistachio or chocolate. Both the regular and dairy free versions are lovely
