I think the formula of the cleanser needs some improvement as it get really expensive over time otherwise with the amount of product needed to actually clean your skin. Otherwise, keep up the good work!

My first reaction was very positive as the package in which the products (cleanser and moisturizer) were delivered had really no excess packaging material and the box was like fitted for the items! The products didn't irritate my sensitive skin but unfortunately it took me 2-3 rounds to get my (light) makeup off with the cleanser so I don't think it's worth the money. The moisturizer however was really good. I also liked their website.

I have rosacea and even if they don't target rosacea specifically the redness has really decreased. Was able not to use foundation for the first time in my life!
Also love their attention for sustainability and the personalisation aspect.

The subscription portal could be a bit more UX friendly. Sometimes it’s a bit confusing to navigate since it’s in Danish. I would also love the option to buy travel-sized products. 

I started with NØIE by using their retinol-based cream and it worked really well. After a year, I decided to complete my routine with a day cream and balm cleanser. I have acne-prone, sensitive skin, but their products have kept the breakouts and rashes at bay. Overall, I’m very satisfied with NØIE and will continue using their products. 

I love the new packaging (the old dark blue bottles were great too but these ones look and feel even nicer!) and it's really great to finally see a brand using fitted boxes for delivery. The shipping is always very fast which is super practical.
It is a bit pricey and I always feel a little nervous when I order all my products at once but in the end it is quite worth it. I would maybe ask for bigger containers that last longer so we don't have to buy new ones as often but that's really the only con I see among all the pros!

I first started to use Noie when I decided to stop buying my old acne products because I felt like they didn't help that much with my adult acne anymore. After a few months I was absolutely convinced that these Noie creams were the best I had ever used! My acne scars are less visible and although my hormonal acne still shows up when I'm on my period, it is a lot better than before and I'm even confident enough not to cover it. The red patches I used to get on my cheeks have completely disappeared and my customised body moisturiser got rid of almost all my keratosis on my arms and legs. I recently stop taking the pill and was afraid my acne would grow back even stronger but my Noie creams seem to work well on their own -- it's been a  little bit more than a month now and I'm still happy with how my skin looks like. Honestly best skincare I have ever had!

I first started using the Nøie products two years ago after having struggled with acne for over ten years. I had tried  different medications such as decutan and nothing had worked. After having used the Nøie products for 30 days I didn’t see a lot of progress in my skin and asked for new formula. Long story short, I got new formula that has transformed my skin to the better. Today I cannot be without my Nøie formula and when I run out of my formulas and have to use other products I see instant change in my skin.

I ordered for my teen daughter.  She has battled teen acne for over a year. We have spent a lot of money trying a lot of products.  Nothing seems to work.  These products have been a game changer for her.   She has used almost 4 months now, her skin isn't perfect, but she is definitely more confident. The cost of the products is much less than many we have tried and she will continue to use the face wash and moisturizer.  I am so convinced with the products I recently ordered the serum for myself. 

I tried the sunscreen, but I found it a bit to greasy for my skin. It would improve the concept if the skin test incorporates the current use of Noie products. 

I have been using Noie products for nearly two years now and I’m still a fan. I have sensitive, combined skin, and I have spend a lot of money trying different skin care - often resulting in some kind of itchy rash. My skin have never reacted negatively to the Noie products. Instead I feel my skin is smoother and firmer with less spots and redness. I use the jelly cleanser and a face cream, and I have just ordered the serum as well. The service is good - the products typically arrive the day after the ordering. I like the design of the products. I definitely recommend Noie. 

I was dubious at first but had nothing to lose, so I tried getting a whole routine to see how it goes. I got a cleanser, a moisturizer, and a spot treatment. Within two weeks I saw results as my acne started to fade and the difference was huge in a month. Customer support is outstanding and their interest in the customer's opinion is what makes them stand out from other brands. Worth trying.

I'm amazed by the product and the company so no feedback at the moment.

I struggled with face creams my whole life. My skin wasn't happy when I applied it and it became more red every time. When I used NØIE my skin immediately felt good and after a while it looked so healthy and stable. Even if I didn't use it every day (which I still recommend). Also the customer service is for real the best I ever had. A big YES

When I found out about NOIE I thought "It seems too good to be true". But I had tried many other products, fancy dermatologists, and nothing worked, so I gave it a try. I LOVE IT! The first formula they gave me worked a bit, so I texted them and they had the best customer service ever and sent me another formula that is almost a miracle! It has kept all my acne under control, my face is less red, and my scars are disappearing, it's amazing! I recommend it to all of my friends! I also love that it's a sustainable company. That's very important to me and to have healthy skin + more sustainability it's a win-win! 

I would like a bigger bottle option so I don’t need to get as many deliveries.

I’ve really enjoyed using the cleanser and moisturiser. It feels amazing going on my skin and doesn’t make it red, as other moisturisers have. Customer service is excellent thé sunscreen gave me a rash and was refunded without any fuss. Although I was happy with the original moisturiser, I felt like I needed it to be a bit more moisturising so the next bottle was perfect and I even received a refund on the first.

The whole thing starts with filling in a questionnaire on their website. This can be difficult for a person who doesn't have all the vocabulary to describe all the different skin issues and types of acne. Some educational support on the page for that would be absolutely amazing.

I was hesitant at first, but decided to give it a go, as I was really struggling with my skin. Oh, I'm glad I gave them a chance! It's been over a year now and I've stayed true to Noie. My skin has improved, the products are truly fragfrance-free and the sustainability efforts are admirable.

The customer service is really good and quick. I asked to change my product as I had some hormonal problems that started causing acne and needed a new type of product. After sending some pictures of my face, they reccomended a new one according to my skin type and ir arrived to me in two days. This new type of product has helped me a lot to control my acne.

I’m an easy going kind of person so I think the only thing would be to have an option to choose bigger sizes or the product. 

I have been using Nøie for about 2 years now and absolutely love it. After the first month of using the face wash and cream I could see clear results. I had spent a lot of time looking for a cream that wasn’t too heavy or oily and luckily with this brand you can specialise your order to fit you and your skin. Would recommend it to anyone. 

Maybe customers could come to nøie to get more advice, examination of skin etc. Against a small fee. 

After 40 years with bad skin, where I tried everything, my skin finally improved. I had seriøs acne from 14 to 18 yearsold. Basically only zinc and sun helped to some extend. I am happy to have found Nøie, and I have used their products for a couole of years now. They seem trustworthy, science-based and you can actually write to them and get an answer. Unlike brands who go too far digitally for my taste. Customerfriendly is the word. 


Astute service for customers blends well with the opulent performance of the products(facial cleanser / facial lotion / UV protection facial lotion). Impressive results from a skin test and after a year I still compliments on my complexion and overall hygiene of my face. 5* review with high confidence

I never had skin problems but I need to take hormone replacement therapy because of early menopause (long story) and that has caused breakouts on my cheeks, chin, and forehead. I first tried a cleanser and the cream with retinol and saw improvements right away.  Then I added another cream, which didn't seem quite right for my skin, but when I started using the serum it worked great. I find that in summer I need much less of everything, but in winter my skin soaks up the slightly heavier cream and doesn't dry out. I love that it's neutral and just the stuff I need, no added gimmicks or perfumes.

I am not a fan of their sunscreen (way too oily for my skin). I would love to see them start making lotions or cleansers for the body with active ingredients.

I have been using Nøie for the last couple of years, and I use their face cream, cleanser, and serums. Since I started using Nøie, I have not been looking for anything else. Their customer service is better than anything I have ever tried before -- they are very fast and always happy to help. I initially received a face cream that was too oily. However, they were quick to give me an alternative formulation which has worked for me ever since. I have oily skin, and the face cream really keeps my problems under control. I would definitely recommend Nøie to anyone struggling with any kind of skin issue.

These products are very good, they always feel great on the skin. I don’t worry because I know the products are gentle and don’t contain harmful ingredients. My skin is happy. The spot treatment works wonders. Thank you!
