I used it on one trip so far to protect my new suitcase that I checked in at the airport. When I removed the cover it still looked brand new! The cover is very easy to put on too.

I recently purchased and received this item and have gone on several trips with it. I really like this carry-on. It rolls really well, has multiple heights for the handle, and is generally sturdy and spacious. It does scuff easily (I got dark green, so this is more noticeable) but I expect luggage to look worn over time. I am really loving the extra pouches and all the detailed features of this luggage.

It is convenient being able to access my computer from the front. Nice interior space. I get so many compliments about the color (lavender from the Magnolia bakery collection).

Upon receiving the suitcase, I immediately noticed malfunctioned handle. This defect significantly hinders the functionality and usability of the suitcase, rendering it unfit for its intended purpose. As a loyal customer of Monos, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of quality control evident in this product.

In light of this situation, I contacted your customer service department to request either a replacement or a refund for the defective suitcase. However, to my dismay, I was informed that Monos refuses to issue either a replacement or a refund for the faulty product. This response is unacceptable and does not align with the standards of customer service I have come to expect from your reputable brand.

I want to emphasize that I have always held Monos products in high regard and have been a loyal customer for many years. However, the handling of this matter has left me feeling neglected and undervalued as a customer. I believe that it is the responsibility of Monos to stand behind the quality of its products and ensure customer satisfaction.
