I bought the Tamari -- it's good, but definitely more as an "enhancer" not as a base to cook with. One it's too expensive, and second, it's just too rich. But it is nice!

Hey Teresa, thanks so much for this feedback! The Momofuku team loves our Tamari for its sharp, light flavor, and as a gluten free alternative for those that can't have Soy Sauce. Its flavor is suited more for salad dressings, sashimi or sushi. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts with us!
