Love the brand's mission to minimize food waste! The team is truly trying its very best. While I support the brand, I do find it frustrating that none of my recent orders were fulfilled completely. Every order had multiple items that became OOS at time of shipment. It feels like the inventory management system could be improved. As a curious consumer, I reached out to the team to see why this might be and they did reply with an answer that makes sense. Given that there is a $2 fee per order, it feels like they might need to charge more to turn around orders more quickly. It's iffy for me now to continue shopping on Martie but it's quite fun to see the products that they curate. Also, I already get a number of these brands from Thrive Market or Sprouts so I already know exactly what I want from Martie. This might be a different take if consumers are curious to try new snacks (near expiration) at a discounted price. I am simply looking to replenish tried and true products and supporting less food waste.

ordered quite a few amazing goodies for the kids, especially right before the holiday season. we're trying to stick to a healthier diet, but we discovered lots of great good here, especially gluten free items. and peanut butter variety.  the only thing they don't have is fresh fruita and veggies. 

oh! and picked up some great gifts (bath bombs and lotions) at a great price! 

I received my first order and so far I really like it. It seems to veer toward healthy foods. Martie helps me look at items that I would usually overlook. I have really liked my Nick's protein bars that I ordered. I got a 12 pack for $14.99 and found them on Amazon for $20.39.
They sell household items too. I bought a couple of bath bombs that smell and look so pretty! They are $9.00 a bomb but I got 2 of them for $3.98. I would say that's a steal! 
I plan on buying more groceries when needed and I have recommended them to my friends and family already. GIVE THEM A TRY!    

I ordered 10 Rishi Elderberry Healer Tea on 02/04/24 the goods arrived today ontime 02/07/24 at 11am.
This was my 1st time purchasing from Martie, I received a Professional and Efficient Service and will purchase other goods from Martie.

I think the company overall has a great mission to reduce food waste while also offering usually expensive foods at reasonable prices. The selection seems to be mostly for snack foods, but I mean who doesn't snack? My first order arrived next day after it shipped because I suppose I live close to their warehouse. I am disappointed with how they shipped my order though. I bought four 12-packs of coffees, and these bulky items were shipped in the same box as the few other items I bought. One of the cans arrived severely dented on the side. The box had a lot of bubblewrap and extra paper as padding, but I think they should have shipped the coffees separately from everything else which also included a bag of chips (which thankfully was fine). Even their shipping updates say items may arrive in separate boxes, so it's not out of the question. I'd just be careful ordering from here when buying bulky items in addition to non-bulky ones. I'm not personally picky about dented cans, but I know that shipping mishaps can absolutely turn off customers.

I've been a shopper at Martie's for a while and remember when shopping with them has much, much better service.  While it's fun to find new staple items every week at a discount, you get what you pay for, the service has gone way, way down hill as they've grown and changed distribution centers.  I would say my weekly orders have been getting slower and slower.  They miss items.  They don't respond to emails and you can't call them either.  The owners are snobs. The prices are going UP.  Products arrive broken or I'm missing at least two or three items per order.  Also, check expiration dates!  I'm currently in a situation where I've been emailing them for days for products missing and I can't get an answer.  Get it together Marties!

Very disappointed because they don't treat customers the right way. On the website there was Ferrero Rocher chocolate assortment 7.93 oz., so I purchased 6 boxes together with other products. When  I received the order,the boxes of Ferrero chocolate were half a size 4.1 oz.
I have reach out to them by email, phone, text and they just ignored me. Very disappointed, and I can’t imagine in USA, our days of 2024 the customers to be treated like that! Why you make fake advertising? For increasing sales? 

Such a fan! I got so many products at a fraction of the cost. I call this online grocery outlet! Thank you Martie for offering quality, affordable foods 

I have gotten many things from Martie and been happy with my experiences thus far, until I had a problem with something I bought and needed to contact customer service. The item was defective and only $15, yet they absolutely refuse to part with the $15, even in store credit. Their customer service is TERRIBLE, some of the worst I’ve seen. Accusatory, demanding, and not understanding at all. If they want to stay afloat, they NEED to understand how to provide good customer service. This isn’t it.
