I bought this when it first came out, so I've had a chance to use it for many applications. Issues it has helped with - Rashes caused by poison ivy/oak, contact dermatitis, irritation from chafing, sunburn, bug bites (bees, wasps, mosquito). Issues it has not helped with or worsened - skin dryness/eczyma, cuts and abrasions, acne. Overall it's a solid product, but you can get the store-brand equivalent without the gimmicky branding and for a much better price point.

hi - the active ingredient in magic molecule is hypochlorous acid. so if you google 'hypochlorous acid' it should come up with lots of options. I ended up with a spray from CVS, but I know it's available as sprays and wipes from many brands!
