This is actually the first time I've ever tried canned wine despite it being a thing for so long. I got the chenin blanc and it was good. At home I'd much rather have a bottle to drink over a few nights but these were great for the beach, and for traveling for my husband and I to just have a drink each in our airBnB at the end of the day. I would purchase again for those kinds of occasions.

I really enjoyed this wine tried the red blend & chenin from South Africa they are very smooth and love that they are in cans which are great for on the go also.

Pleasantly surprised wine can taste this good from a can! I poured it into a glass before drinking to aerate it. Two glasses worth in one can.

These wines would be great for a beach day or picnic. Not super complex, but for the price point, it’ll do! The Chenin Blanc was crisp,  and easy to drink. 

Let me start by saying I love my wine just as much as the next person, but hate having to open an entire bottle every evening when I simply want to enjoy one glass with my dinner. So when I saw these beautiful cans of wine by Lubanzi Wines at my local Whole Foods store, I was immediately intrigued. The packaging itself was enough to lure me in, but then when I saw the flavor varieties I knew I had to give them a try. And boy was I glad I did. The Rose Bubbles was so delicious and the serving size was perfect. I loved how light and refreshing the flavor was and was a huge fan of the portability as I have found it so easy to travel with and bring along to my next dinner party or even tailgate. I will definitely be buying these wines on the regular and can’t wait to try other varieties as well.

The 2018 Lubanzi Red Blend wine in a can begins with pleasing aromas of red and black cherry, strawberry and cranberry with spice notes and a touch earthiness. Taking a sip reveals a smooth, medium-bodied, tasty wine with lots of sweet, juicy fruit plus nicely integrated spice notes and hints of chocolate. It's a light, fresh style of Rhone blend that's quite enjoyable and it fits the can format perfectly. The touch of earthiness from the nose continues and leads into the dry, long, tart, mouthwatering finish. Decent canned option but better options on the market.

This has a smooth complexity that's enjoyable overall - especially from a canned wine. One of our favorite canned wines to pick up!

4.5 rounded up! Packaging-wise, I love the can. I'm a sucker for a cute label! I tried the Chenin Blanc, and it was an enjoyable, friendly wine. It's very balanced, so I'd be surprised if anyone could find something to dislike about this wine. I hadn't heard of Chenin Blanc prior, so I was excited to try something new! I'm looking forward to trying the other varieties that Lubanzi offers. 

Tried red and white one. I only tried red one. I would try white one as well. It’s nice to have in the dinner time by my self. Great portion. And cans designing are pretty. Depends of people taste but it’s good to try out. 

I don’t usually reach for canned wine but wanted to give this one a try! I really enjoyed the simple + crisp flavor. Nothing complex. Would probably pair well with some snacks or a charcuterie board. This would be perfect for a picnic or a sunny day. It’s easy to throw it in the cooler and take with you wherever. Each can has about 2 glasses of wine. Love having the option of a smaller portion of wine in comparison to a bottle. Also love the branding!

The Chenin blanc and red blend (both cans + bottles) are absolutely delicious, dynamic, clean, and high quality — and at a very reasonable price point!! I was so excited when Lubanzi released their rosé bubbles and pet nat, which perfectly rounds out their selection to provide something for everyone. Some of my fondest memories with friends involve countless dinner parties, picnics, and backyard hang sessions which almost always featured this wine. It pairs super well with food, or with nothing at all —my personal fav is the Chenin blanc with a strong Taleggio cheese. Talk about YUM! Lubanzi’s versatility speaks to why it’s such a popular brand and this is evidenced by the countless rave reviews on this site. Simply put, Lubanzi evokes good vibes and there is no other wine I’d rather be sipping on.
