Is iwi life good? According to user reviews, iwi life products are generally considered effective, particularly for improving joint health and maintaining cholesterol levels. Reviews highlight that iwi life offers algae-based Omega-3 supplements that are sustainable and have no fishy taste, which are seen as significant strengths. However, a notable weakness is the excessive plastic packaging, which has left some users feeling dissatisfied. Overall, iwi life reviews suggest that the brand provides a high-quality alternative to traditional fish oil supplements, making it a good choice for those seeking a plant-based Omega-3 source.

Interesting product which appears high quality across the spectrum of packaging, pill format, etc. Hard to tell the effects frankly but seems at least as good as our alternatives. Unfortunately, it's way more expensive than high quality alternatives we already source. The big question is the absorption claim which is nearly impossible to verify as far as I can tell.

Quite pricey for the amounts.
Do you KNOW where your omega-3 supplement comes from? Do you KNOW if it is sustainable? Do you KNOW if it is free of heavy metals and toxins? Do you KNOW how much of the fish-based Omega-3 you take, you are ACTUALLY absorbing? Do you KNOW where fish get their Omega-3? Ans: Algae If you are consuming fish or krill based Omega-3 supplements, no matter how "sustainable" a manufacturer claims to be, they are not. Simply put. There is not enough creatures in the sea to support the naturally occuring marine habitats and wildlife as well as a growing human population. We need to look for alternatives. Iwi Life is just that. The best replacement for fish or krill based Omega-3. Their products work, especially their cholesterol formulation, as it has been tested in clinical study and i have noticed a change in my numbers. Their products also have high absorption compared to fish or krill based omega-3s. I have been using this product happily and successfully for the past year. I recommend this product to my patients to get them off their crappy Omega-3 supplements. And best yet, no fishy burps!!

Reduction or elimination of plastic containers, moving to glass, and all subscriptions starting with refill container with their already eco-friendly refill packaging. As a health care provider, I would like to see more clinical studies to show superiority of these products to fish and krill-based Omega-3s and taking on and replacing prescription products like Lovaza or Vascepa.
The Algae taste was STRONG, felt like I was eating fish food.
Nice small capsule, no off putting taste/burping like other omega pills. Comparable price to other pills on the market
Not a bad flavor at all, I know you have to take it for a while to show a difference but no typical fish burps or wincing when taking it. Great for vegetarians/vegans as well!
I picked this up via #ThingDrop, and though omega-3 is not a regular part of my supplement rotation, I am always willing to give something a try. The recommended dosage is 2 mini capsules per day, so I took one with my morning vitamins and one with my evening vitamins. I do like the smaller capsule sizes and the easy to open bottle. Honestly I can't tell if the supplements were doing a ton for me, but I have been sleeping better lately?

By the time you get to the bottom of the bottle the fishiness can be a little overpowering. But overall the taste and tummy impact were minimal!

I got this product for thing drop and it’s a tricky one to review because you don’t really feel any immediate effects from taking them. Maybe I’ll be more alert and have good brain health in the long run but I don’t particularly feel anything in the short term.

The branding is fine but nothing I’m particularly drawn to. Also the unboxing experience was pretty lackluster. Because this is a brand that doesn’t have any immediate effects they could probably do more with the end to end customer experience.

I really like the concept of these, and I feel it is important to get omega-3s sustainably. I didn't feel any different after taking the product but I only tried it for a month. Nice packaging, look, and feel.

Don't notice anything but presumably it is good and healthy for me !
I haven't taken it long term yet so I can speak to the benefits but I love that this is a vegan option to get a high dose of omega-3s in as an alternative to fish oil. No funky taste, nice looking packaging, and excited to see how it helps me!
Like other reviews say, there's no aftertaste and no burping aftereffects. You only have to take 2x per day and they are smallish pills, but it's hard to say how effective they are after just 30 days. I take Omega's mainly for cognitive health and to help with brain fog. I do wish they had higher EPA-DHA levels. I really like the packaging as well, pretty sleek for a supplement bottle. I don't know that I would go out of my way to repurchase these again, but I'm not saying I wouldn't purchase them again either.
I love that these are a smaller size than my usual fish oil, and the fact that they're better for the environment is another plus! In my most recent order, I've noticed they've made the pills minty, which is a delightful way to avoid the weird fishy/underwater taste.
Echoing those below - it's hard to gauge efficacy after only using these for a short bit of time, but so far, really liking this supplement! I used to get horrible heartburn from omega-3, but have had no side effects from iwi life's vegan omega-3 pills. I'll keep using them and report back if I notice any positive changes!

So far so good! Wanted to wait a few months before reviewing, but I do think this product is worth it. Not getting fish oil burps is the best (lol), and the 2 month subscription model is extremely helpful!
Got these through a thing drop and have thoroughly enjoyed them. The size and lack of flavor make it an easy pill to swallow.

I find supplements and vitamins hard to review since I really never feel the effects of the supplement itself (if anyone knows what having enough Omega-3s feels like, lmk!). However, I find these pills really easy to take, no bad fishy taste, and I like that they're vegan, so I will repurchase!

A wonderful and easy way to get your daily vitamins.

I was wildly impressed with the product and shocked with how the omega 3 supplements didn’t give me the normal fishy aftertaste. Love the sustainability mission that the team behind iwi life are committed to and I will be a repeat customer.

Great vegan omega alternative. Biggest upside: no gross smells or fishy burps! I can't say I noticed any major differences (I feel this way about many supplements) but it felt good to include this in my supplement stack as it supports my health whether I feel it or not.
I liked these vitamins! Definitely helped with the strength of my nails. I even purchased another bottle with the Thingtesting discount code to give it more than 30 days to work in my system because I didn’t notice a difference the first month. Very easy to swallow and I’d definitely purchase again!
There are cheaper ones on Amazon, but I like feeling like I can have a relationship with the brand where I get vitamins. So this plant-based omega-3 company seems great so far! That said, it's really hard with this kind of stuff to know if this is "good". Like I've used plant based omega 3s for years, why is this one different? I really don't know but I like the packaging.
