This was fine! The flavor was there, but the texture was not. Definitely a good alternative if you're looking for low-carb ramen.

I've been having immi for a while. I notice the vol 2 flavors have a much better texture. The standouts to me are the red miso & the creamy chicken. The shrimp one is also good. The broth is plain and can be doctored up with anything you'd like. My go-to is low sodium soy sauce or sometimes a Japanese curry cube. Add some veggies and an egg and you have a solid dinner.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend the pork flavor. It has no flavor whatsoever. No pork, no veggies, nothing.

It tasted nothing like Ramen noodles and was very bland and the consistency was chewy and rubbery. Not a fan at all and the price was too high. 

I actually like the unusual texture of this high protein ramen! It’s chewy, soft, a tad grainy. The seasoning packet, however, turned me off. I added like a quarter of the packet and the flavor was very overwhelming.

I love this ramen! It is super easy to make and is very versatile. The noodles are a bit chewier than typical ramen but will take that any day for a product that is much lower in carbs. I will definitely be buying this on a regular basis.

I like that this is an easy vegan meal and that it’s high protein - nice to be able to have a comfort food like ramen and still get a serving of protein in. 

Taste/texture wise, it was okay. The broth tasted like a standard imitation chicken broth (I tried the chicken and black garlic). It was solid but pretty one note. The noodles weren’t terrible, but were a little chalky and not as smooth as a traditional noodle. 

Overall, fun to try but probably won’t become a staple. 

I tried the garlic flavored ramen and found it to be quite good. Definitely compares well to my usual make-at-home ramen brands. I only wish there was a wider variety of flavors!

A little chewy, but think of all the protein. I love the taste, and just wish there’s meat in them (I know that will increase the price). 

Surprised how good it was for low carb.  I cooked it less than the suggested time and put in less water.  Would def buy again for home consumption.  Do not expect this to rival fresh ramen in restaurants but just as any supermarket brand and healthier!
