They did what they promised and ended up being a crucial part of my daily routine. Now, the hair and glow options? Not exactly game-changers for me. Despite that, the sleep and stress relief supplements from HUM have become must-haves in my everyday wellness routine.

The HUM Nutrition Flatter Me Digestive Enzymes took some time for my body to adjust yet it gets the job done! The Hormone Balance capsules have been helpful to keep my life and body in balance, literally! For the Daily Cleanse, I’m not experiencing much of the functionality of the supplement. The packaging is great and clearly visible from a distance! 

I’ve been taking the supplements, but it likely hasn’t been enough time to feel any impact. The product is nicely packaged, and I definitely haven’t had any adverse reactions. Haven’t felt any difference either. I hope I do as these are unique supplements that I think could be impactful.

Honestly have been loving the daily clease formula. I have been using 2 capsules a day for a week and feel my skin has been fighting pre-mestrual breakouts well. I see little to no congestion and overall feel good. I dont know if its placebo or what but I will probably end up buying another tub of these!

My girlfriend really liked this product it helped her a lot giving her PMS relief helping to erase cramps and mood support it is vegan, NON GMO, gluten free, no artificial colors, sweeteners, flavors or preservatives which is important to my girlfriend. It helped supports hormonal balance and has clean ingredients.

I thought that worked really well for the purpose described. I am not sure how often I would buy them since they are expensive. 

I love this supplement. I usually take it once a day all month, except I take a break for one week after my period. Unfortunately, when I'm off of it, the depression and mood swings run rampant. I did stop taking it and within two weeks I lost 18 pounds that I gained while taking it for five months. I really really wish that this worked for me without the negative effects. So becareful ladies who wanna use this product.

I was skeptical, but it works! I’ve had IBS for awhile (tmi) but this actually helps me not be bloated after every meal. So happy I discovered them! Huge plus that the pill is pretty small too
