Would write a review if the product but I can’t cause it never came. Ordered it in jan and got an update in Feb that there was a delay and shipping would start in 25-30 days. That’s fine I can wait. March rolls around and still nothing but behold I get an email asking me to get onboard the next shipment. HELLO first shipment wasn’t even fulfilled what do you mean next shipment. Gave it time and emailed in September but no response. Sent another email again and here I was gullible thinking I finally got a response but when I replied to it I got the same BOT reply. Which was of no help as it was just telling me to read the online FAQs. Tried Instagram and nothing there as well - obviously limited comments gives it away that Hitch has not been able to fulfil shipments and are just hiding it and taking everyone’s money. Those lucky few who have received it. I wish you would go play the lotto cause you seem to have good luck in your lives. Delayed shipment I can understand but not taking responsibility and ignoring customers is a whole level of low. And if you are going to delay the shipments be smart about the newsletters you send out constantly telling people of new shipments. Such a clown and scummy move.
