I took these with me on a trip to Oktoberfest & some wineries with my friends. 2/3 days I remembered to try these supplements before drinking, I woke up the next day feeling 100% well with no hangover. The 3rd day of my trip when I forgot to take this supplement, I suffered the consequences the next day. I will be taking these before I drink next time and my friends benefitted from these as well!

Effective hangover prevention supplement

So I rarely drink...but I happened to last weekend.  I had quite a bit and slept in the following day.  I woke and I wondered if I had had as much as I thought because I felt rested and great.  I am still in a bit of disbelief that I felt so good the following day.  I attribute it to Body Guard which I took that same evening.  It actually worked!

At my age, it doesn’t take much for me to feel the aftershocks of a night of drinks- waking up at 3 AM and unable to go back to sleep, brain fog, headache, fatigue… it’s a little debilitating. I took two of these capsules before a night I knew I would be having some bourbon, and I honestly felt great the next day. I hope it’s also somehow making me healthier and not just preventing hangovers, but I’ll be happy with those benefits! The hard part is remembering  to take these before the evening starts. Love that it’s all natural.

This is helpful! You can also increase your dosage for extra support on symptoms. Yes, every body is different so the outcome could differ. I usually take double the dose myself. Thanks for trying this out.

Some organic ingredients but not everything is. Nothing too potent but definitely a good add to a supplement routine.

As the age of 51, my body seems to metabolize alcohol differently than it used to. I feel the effects quicker and definitely feel worse the next day than I ever did. I also have mild rosacea which can flare, especially after red wine. I won’t pretend to understand how these supplements work, but I love that they are natural and do seem to help alleviate some of the effects of drinking. It would be better for me to stop, but that’s not realistic. This makes me feel better and feel like I’m helping my liver out.

Good Nunchi's Bodyguard capsules helped reduce some hangover symptoms, but the effects weren't as strong as expected. While it eased a bit of the usual post-drinking fatigue, it didn't completely prevent the hangover. Might work better for others, but results were moderate for me.

This was an easy to swallow preventative capsule.  I am not a big drinker, but chose to try these capsules to protect my liver.  I liked them and believe they were effective in keeping me from getting a headache.  I think these are worth trying!

Great product, definitely helps with hangovers. I can finally enjoy a glass of wine again with the nasty side effects. Love that this product is all natural and is a great detox for my liver too!

I recently purchased this product, and I couldn't be more satisfied! From the moment I started using it, I noticed a significant improvement in my daily routine. The quality is outstanding, and it’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into its design. Great as a gift too ❤️ 

I have been taking an L-glutathione supplement for almost a year now, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that as one of the key ingredients of this product. The fact that it has organic aloe vera extract is an added bonus. I like that this product contains only 4 ingredients. I haven’t felt a specific and perceptible difference to my health so far, but I’m happy to know that I’m putting something very clean and healthy in my body.

I suffer from absolutely awful hangovers and I recently took these capsules prior to drinking alcohol and they truly made a huge difference in how I felt the next day.  I still felt the effects of drinking the night before, but they were on a much lower scale.  I was still able to get out and be productive the next day, which I'm not normally able to do.  These are definitely a game changer for me when it comes to hangovers.

I will have to say that I am impressed with how these capsules have helped me with not feeling bloated while taking an alcoholic drink. I consumed each one with a cup of water(not daily though),but if you have issues swallowing, you can empty the capsule in a yogurt or smoothie. Now how do I know that these capsules work, well usually after I consume an alcoholic beverage, my chest has a burning sensation for about an hour or so. When I took one capsule, and then drank my drink after about 10 to 14 minutes, the burning sensation was neutralized returning my chest back to normal. pretty awesome and impressive. I also found out that these capsules hardly had a smell or taste(depending what you put it with or in). Definitely recommend.

I really put it to the test by taking 2 a day for a couple days before a concert with some sort of heavy drinking involved (like 4 negronis and some vodka crans lol) The next day while still a bit hungover, I was able to fully function with energy and not feel so terrible. I did not get heartburn which is a HUGE plus for me. Plus these are great supplements to keep with my other vitamins as well. Great branding as well :)

I was looking for a liver support supplement and found this one to try. I have zero complaints about the quality of this product.

I don't have a lot of experience trying things to assist with hangover, but oh goodness do I wish these existed when I was in college! I appreciate the simple ingredients. These are definitely a god-send on a party night. 

I love the concept of this and the fact that this only has a few, good ingredients in it. I tested this a couple times to see how well it would help me the next day, and this really does work. Normally I get that slightly bloated feeling the next day like my stomach is just "off" and I didn't feel that either time when using this. The second time I tested it I did have a slight headache, but that went away when I drank a hydration drink. I didn't feel any dizziness or "spinning" like I do sometimes either. 

Loving this so far! Helps with my Asian glow and helps me to still feel good the day after I drink. Excited to keep using!

I hate feeling hungover, and the older I get, the less it takes to feel awful after a night of one too many. I also worry about the effects on my liver and overall health. I like that you can take this before going out to help reduce the negative effects of alcohol and also to reduce redness (I have mild rosacea so this is a plus).
