Agree - They just scammed me with a trial set which was a rip-off. Bad customer service also. Buyer beware.

When signing up for a trial, nowhere does it say that this is a subscription. They don't send you subscription reminders. Nothing at all. Then, out of nowhere, they end up charging you $200. What a scam. DO NOT SIGN UP

DO NOT order from this shady company. I received a coupon to try them and I ordered a trial set of a few different skin care products. What is not at all made clear to the consumer is when you make your initial purchase, they sign you up for a recurring subscription which they send you NO emails about until you are charged over $200 and the product is on its way to you. Amazon is currently being sued for misleading business practices for their renewing Prime memberships which are done FAR more transparently than Geologie's subscriptions. Avoid!

I loved the customer service however the product was just okay. I’ve found others I like more! 

This company is fraudulent! They give you a trial and make it a subscription that you have to keep for 29 days before cancelling or you’re charged $200 and if you don’t cancel they charge you $200 then when you cancel they don’t cancel the product shipment so you’re still charged $200. They don’t have customer service only an email and no number. The email is a chat bot it doesn’t matter what you ask it the same message will be resent everytime! Their products are TRASH. DONT GET SCAMMED. ⛔️WARNING ⛔️

Couldn't get a hold of the customer service through phone. The only way to contact Geologie is by sending email. And they will reply that cancelation and refund are not accepted even the items are not shipped yet. It's fraudulent!

As others have stated, Geologie "might" have good products, but their customer service is SO bad they should be avoided.

You have to REALLY read the fine print when you sign up for a trial - which I did, but, they really do try sneaking the subscription on you. The products smell weird, the cleanser left a strange film on my hands that needed to be really scrubbed off (didn't happen to my face after lathering, fortunately), and, honestly, using the sensitive skin formula, I didn't really note any differences worthwhile enough for the expense. The subscription management was a bit confusing and messy as well. I cancelled. There are better products out there for the money.

I was nervous to purchase after reading some negative reviews about the subscription part of Geologie but I was really pleasantly surprised by the deodorant I got! I've never found a natural deodorant that actually worked for me aside from the Thai salt stick. This one really works and smells lovely! I'm removing one star because when I use it right after shaving my armpits, I find that it stings terribly and really itches. However, I know that I can be very sensitive to deodorant so it could just be me. 

I overall had a great experience with this product. The bottle design is simple and clean, and the method to open and close the bottle ensures no spills, leaks, or mess. The scent (eucalyptus) is very natural-smelling and not very intense or overly fragranced. I was impressed that I only had to use a small amount as it was quite sudsy. Unfortunately this product contains phenoxyethanol which I prefer not have in beauty and body care products.  

Tried the body wash in the scent Moab & I really like it! Love the packaging of the bottle & that they also sell refills (yay!) The scent was like a light cologne, not too strong, which I prefer. It lathered really nicely too. I think it’s also well priced & I would def recommend! 

I purchased a Geologie starter set for my son as a gift and he absolutely loves their products and will be buying them again. I love that they offer an option to try a variety of products to see which one you like the most. Clean ingredients and a fun brand!

I purchased the deodorant in the Hana scent and have found it to perform decently with some minor drawbacks. I like the scent, it's a bit unusual for a deodorant but it's very natural & earthy. However, the formula is a bit wet and takes a while to dry. I personally prefer more of a solid stick format, but I like that it's natural & the scent is unique. I probably wouldn't repurchase but I would try other products from Geologie.

I really like their natural deodorant! It smells great and I like how it applies - not chunky or think like other crappy deodorants. I was using Arm & Hammer but I think I'll keep using this one for now.

I always seemed to get pesky zits on my chest, but not anymore! The Geologie acne body wash combines salicylic acid and glycolic acid to create a product that wards off acne while cleansing your whole body. Plus, it smells amazing!

I am quite picky with how different moisturizers and facial products make my face feel, but this brand never seizes to amaze me! It is light, doesn’t have a potent odor, and leaves my face feeling hydrated and healthy. 

Maybe different packaging that carries more product. I love the stuff. 

I really like their easy and well thought out little regime that they ship out to you. Its easy to stick with and allow you to dip your toes into things like retinol. I also like how easy it is to stock up with 3 month supplies, as I really don't need any more subscriptions in my life.

I had to contact their customer service team and they are great! Super helpful, answered my questions and even made a few recommendations on how I'm using the products. They must do product training on the regular. 

I started using Geologie about a year ago after seeing what an improvement it made to my husband's skin and I haven't turned back. I like that they released new products and I'm in love with their new body wash, Vitamin C+E Ferulic Serum and don't even get me started on their new co-wash. WOW. Just WOW! I just ordered the new exfoliator/clay mask that I can't wait to try it out. 

Sizes for subscriptions are a bit small and I went through it too fast. Could've been just me using too much at a time but a bigger size would be nice!

I signed up from a Twitter ad and absolutely love the product/subscription. I'm not a skin care expert and never know what to buy so this was perfect for me. Great pricing and managing my subscription is a breeze! I've also seen great results in my skin.
