I signed up for an annual subscription spoke with what I thought was a vet it was a woman in a t-shirt that looks like she just rolled out of bed very unprofessional then I find out they're not allowed to diagnosis or prescribe medications through telehealth so I canceled my subscription and after that you can't send them a message without subscribing and paying for a monthly fee or an annual fee there is no way of getting in touch with them I'm out a hundred and $112 I received the tracking number that UPS has no information about it this happened on May 2nd 2024 and I canceled on May 6th 2024 I've sent them several emails when I was subscribed never received a response never received anything from them just took my money and ran.
