The only thing worse than the quality of the socks is the customer service. I placed an order on Dec 15 2024 for 6 pairs of socks and still have not received the entire order. I only received 4 of the 6 pairs. It’s been 7 weeks since I placed the order. All I’ve received from the company is emails from Allison with vague promises that the socks will “ship soon!” or they “are experiencing delays on their end!” I’ve asked multiple times at this point to be refunded for the product that I never received and yesterday they sent me tracking information for an order that isn’t mine as it’s being delivered to a different state than I’m located in. If you want to give your money away for nothing in return, these are the socks for you!

Something similar happened to me; I'm sorry you're also going through this. The founder should really stop making promises she cannot fulfill, as that seems to be a pattern. If all else fails, I would dispute the charge with your credit card company if you did not get the order you paid for, in the time you paid for. // Edit on 2/24: Allison eventually sent a makeup order for my issues, albeit 2 months later. I hope things have also been resolved for you.
