I am the proud owner of two pairs of Chalo boots which are the most beautiful and functional shoes in my wardrobe. I have paired them with everything from jeans to formal wear and they are always the perfect complement, very comfortable (have danced and run down more than a few streets in them) and always generate the question: Where did you get those gorgeous boots? The customer service has been one of the best experiences I’ve had and it is a joy to get to support a small business with an owner who so clearly understands the importance of a timeless product with exceptional quality as well as what her customers want.

I have the classic cowboy. I love that its a cowboy boot with a city flair in that its pretty sleep in how its designed. They fit amazing - and that's very cool for me because I have kind of wide feet and what I like to call athletic calves. I even wore them to the Eras Tour and spent all 4.5 hours (including the Paramore set) shaking it off in them (I *did* put in a heel cushion though because I knew that it was going to be a long evening on my feet). Definitely my go-to boot.

I have always wanted to be able to pull off cowboy boots — but either I can't find versatile ones that suit me and my style, or I can't find ones with a long shelf life. I'm glad I was proven wrong when I stumbled upon Chalo boots at one of my favorite NYC boutiques. My classic cowboys are sleek, complement nicely with many outfits (regular and elevated), and are comfortable (and this is coming from someone with pronounced bunions!). I already know my next treat to myself is going to be a pair of the Chalo's Berlin Lace Ups. Do yourself a favor and get some Chalo's!

Chalo is unique due to its original and versatile design. Great quality cowboy boots, you can combine them for a classy look or something more casual!

I newly bought it. I live in Berlin and it fits my outfits a lot, especially for festivals! It has a cool appearance and also high quality. It looks like I will use it long time because of its quality. Plus, so far, I didn't feel uncomfortable with it even if I walk long ways. I totally recommend!

I have a pair of the Wild Oak Chalos and they have quickly become my favorite boots! Super versatile, I can wear them to work, for a casual day out or dress them up for an evening event. Not only are they gorgeous (I always get compliments on them) they are so comfortable that I can wear them literally all day - something I can’t say for most of my other boots. Everything from the packaging to the quality of the leather feels very premium. If you’re looking for a pair of cowboy boots, especially if you’re new to this style and looking to try them out, I can highly recommend Chalo!

I love my Chalo boots! I have a pair of ankle cowboy boots in black, and they're an excellent wardrobe staple for me. I think these boots were perfect for someone like me who is interested in the cowboy boot trends, but not quite ready to go all the way. These are like a sleek, stylish chelsea boot with the right amount of cowboy. They're also super comfy, and soften up over time to be even comfier. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I was thrilled to purchase custom men's boots in December 2023 after learning of Chalo's story. They instantly became my most stylish shoes and the ones I wear to special events. They have held up marvellously despite my wearing them to dance contest and South Korea too. The packaging felt very luxe and clearly differentiated the experience from other online shoe purchases. You can either add a cowboy/cowgirl twist to a "normal" outfit or pair with a cowboy hat if you want to commit to it.

I have nothing but good things to say about Chalo! My pair of boots are awesome, made of incredible leather you’d expect at an even higher price point. They are fashionable and a statement, and yet go with all sorts of outfits no matter where you are. Major props to Chalo!

I purchased the Wild Oak just over a year ago and I love them SO much. As comfortable as a tennis shoe, but of course way more versatile. They slip right on, have amazing cushioning on the inside, no break-in period, and go with everything - dresses, jeans, work, going out, weddings, & to the park. They're not just the best cowboy boots I've worn, but among my favorite shoes overall. And I can tell they're a forever piece - such great quality!

Love this company - all the boots have a unique style I haven’t seen before. I’ve got the Berlin lace ups which look fab and I’ve received many compliments on.

There is so much I love about this brand! The boots were comfortable, I could wear them with dresses for a more causal look, or under my work pants to give me heels without the discomfort. Outside the product, I appreciate the story of the brand and how thoughtfully it was packaged.
