Founded by Raffaella Baruzzo and Kia Utzon-Frank, BRIK creates chocolates to surprise and delight; elegantly crafting and designing understated pieces that are bold in flavour as well as form. BRIK uses 100% natural and sustainably-sourced ingredients to craft chocolates that take inspiration from the industrial world of surfaces, textures and raw materials.
