Artisan Revere crafts a chef knife with a sharp, durable, and ergonomic blade.

Hi! It's so knife to meet you! We're a super-premium cutlery and cutting board company. 

Kitchen knives from most companies come dull, cut terribly, and are stunningly uncomfortable in your hand. We decided to change that. 

Wooden cutting boards from other craftsmen have sharp edges making them dangerous to work with, bow and crack because of bad joinery and sloppy wood selection, and typically dull your knives because they choose cheap wood. Yep, we decided to change all that too. 

Our founder, Dave Olkovetsky, a former steel investor, had just moved, was cooking much more, and decided, it was time to upgrade his so-called "premium" German knives after finding out the $150 chef knife they made had less than $1.00 of medium-carbon (yes, they lie and tell you it's high carbon) steel in it! 

We believe in openness. That's why each tool we craft comes with the precise formulation (even our end-grain cutting boards), so you know exactly what ingredients are going into your hand-made tool. 

Our products are made right here in the USA and set the bar for quality, comfort, and sustainability.

Loved the packaging and note from the owner! Needed to upgrade my chef knife and this blew my expectations. From the design to functionality - Artisan Revere has really nailed it. They use Elmax Steel so it's guaranteed to be one of the sharpest and durable knives in your kitchen.
