I found the “mirrorball” line to be too heavy for my fine hair, but their other items like the SoulFood Mask, The Kure, and Dry Shampoo are all winners in my book! I appreciate the fun packaging.

I always need a hair oil to use on my very dry, frizzy and breakage-prone hair. I like to use on my ends when it’s damp or dried. I have very fine hair and it doesn’t weigh my hair down. It has a very light and pleasant scent. It’s more serum like than oil. I love using Amika products on my hair. It feels good on my hair and I like that it doesn’t make my hair feel oily or greasy. 

After being very impressed with a sample I got from a beauty event, I decided to pick up a full-size version of this brand’s dry shampoo. Considering that it takes me quite a while to do my hair after washing, I like to keep my hair down for a few days before I put it up. I am very sensitive to how my scalp feels, and even a day after washing my scalp and hair don’t feel the same and I hate feeling oily. 

Amika’s dry shampoo seemed to be a big improvement over the current dry shampoo I was using. The fragrance was a lot more subtle and the mist it sprayed went away a lot more easily (nobody wants their hair to be white from the powder!). So it was a better experience overall. I’m just not sure dry shampoo is the solution for me as I still don’t feel great most days when my hair is down unless I just washed it. It definitely calls for more experimentation but I am basically out of my current bottle. As I don’t feel like I used it a ton, it’s a bit pricy for what you get. I think for anyone that knows dry shampoo is a good solution for them, this is a great quality product. I also want to note that this brand is on Terracycle, and you can recycle most of their products for free! Love to see brands that have that option when most things aren’t locally recyclable, even if the packaging says it might be. 

Curls for the girls get taken care of by Anika! Everything works on my TIGHT 4c curls and my bathroom is packed with the oils they provide, I’d highly rec for those who wanna grow out their hair to shop here!

Amikas Soulfood Nourishing Hair mask works wonders. I have long, thick, curly hair that needs a lot of moisture and attention and this mask does it all. It helped my hair to not be frizzy and took away be a lot more tame. It smelled good and washed off easily.

The heat protectant worked very well for my hair.

I love Amika hair care, they smell amazing and my hair actually feels more silky after I use their Mirrorball and high shine shampoo and conditioner. I also love their cute packaging. They are more expensive than your typical hair care at the drugstore but I think they are more reasonably priced for a salon quality product. 

I tried the dry shampoo and it was really effective in absorbing oils in my hair and leaving it feeling refreshed in between wash days. It smells great and gets absorbed fast and does not leave any residue. I also like the fun and bright colored packaging.

i like amika but i wouldnt say i love it. i really enjoy their mask but outside of that the products can be a bit pricey. i love the bright colors and packaging and find it to look super cute in my bathroom

my salon, always uses these products and has given me samples in the past. The scents are unbeatable. I’m not even someone who values fragrance above all, but every product smells absolutely delicious. Not only that, they work, wonderfully with curly or wavy hair. No crunch, no grease.

I love the nourishing hair mask!! My hair have been dry lately but after using this hair mask, I can definitely see improvement in my hair quality and texture.

I love the dry shampoo so much! My hair gets oily easily but it is so damaging to wash my hair everyday so I really like using dry shampoo. I like that it has a nice scent and that it doesn't smell like chemicals.

I don't love their hair care. Their shampoo was too harsh on my hair and their conditioner was not hydrating. My hair was super frizzy. Also, I did not like their scent. I think their packaging is cute though

I have the perk up dry shampoo. It does exactly what it says on the bottle. It’s an  effective dry shampoo that doesn’t leave white residue , even on darker hair. 

My challenge though is that I find the scent incredibly overwhelming. It lingers and it’s all I can smell all day after I’ve used it. I really wish it wasn’t quite so heavily perfumed. If you’re sensitive to strong smells this probably isn’t for you. 

This brand focused on sea buckthorn, a signature ingredient that enhances hair's shine, softness, and strength. Amika products, particularly their dry shampoo and hair masks, are my favorites. Totally recommend these! 

Amika is my go-to brand for hair care! Their products smell incredible and leave my hair feeling soft, shiny, and healthy. I love how nourishing their formulas are, and the packaging is always so fun and colorful. Every product I've tried has delivered amazing results—definitely a 5-star brand!

I've found the products I've used to be pretty good but nothing very special or worth the money. The packaging is beautiful and really fun but overall I find the products and hair styling tools to be over-priced. 

I like the amika line overall. I have used a number of products but haven’t found any of them to be so impactful that I repurchase once they are empty. I wish they had a non aerosol dry shampoo and some of the scents can be a little heavy for me. The biggest issue I have is the price point, I’ve actually found some products from Amika at TJMaxx and am happier to pay that price. 

Amika!  Love the look, love the label & all the fun colors, love the product!  This hairspray works!  It's not heavy or sticky like some brands - not to mention it also smells amazing!  Defiantly worth giving it a try!
