I waited 10 days and still my order hadn't been processed, yet alone delivered. Customer support staff were constantly "oh, we're really busy, give it a few more days...". Really disappointing. Next day I find a refund email.
Feedback
Be transparent and upfront with your order and delivery times, at both checkout and in keeping the customer updated with "honest times". Issue is now that after such a poor order experience, there would be no trust in what happens if anything went wrong.
